Circles is a national program that empowers individuals and families to achieve financial stability through relationships and community support. We believe lasting change happens when people work together.
Our goal-driven program focuses on education, employment, and financial growth. Participants, called Circle Leaders, start with a 12-week course to develop life skills and create a plan for economic independence. Afterward, they are paired with 1-2 Allies-volunteers from higher economic backgrounds-who provide guidance, support, and connections to expand their social capital.
Leaders and Allies meet weekly for dinner, goal reviews, and workshops. Over time, participants increase their income, reduce debt, and rely less on public assistance, creating lasting change in their lives.
