OnTrackNorthAmerica offers an enjoyable volunteer opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the future of rail transportation and smart supply chain planning in North America. Our offices at 17th and Sansom Streets in downtown Philadelphia are set up with two stations for volunteers to help maintain our in-depth contact management database of North American companies and government agencies. Database work must be in-person. We provide an excellent environment and references for a job well done. We value your intellect and energy, and look forward to hearing from you.

About OnTrackNorthAmerica

Location:

1700 Sansom Street, Suite 701, Philadelphia, PA 19103, US

Mission Statement

OnTrackNorthAmerica is committed to transforming the North American commercial, regulatory, and economic dynamics that have caused the under-utilization of railroads and an increasingly warming and congested planet. The healthy growth and regeneration of our freight and passenger rail infrastructure offers a crucial opportunity to dramatically lower our carbon foot print and create a sustainable transportation system. We seek volunteers committed to making a real difference in the environment and the quality of life for our continent.

Description

OnTrackNorthAmerica is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit action think tank for expanding the capacity and footprint of rail transportation within an optimal system in service to the economy, environment, and quality of life.

OTNA's initiatives for whole-systems infrastructure planning are designed to: advance coordination and collaboration among industry, government, and community; lead the implementation of freight transportation land use strategies; reverse the decline of direct rail service and expand investment in rail transportation; and support the optimization of all transport modes within a balanced freight logistics system
