Are you looking for an opportunity to truly make a difference? Advanced Hospice is seeking volunteers to perform tasks that will directly benefit our patients - and just may change your life!
Volunteering is rewarding - but volunteering with hospice helps people to grow! The vulnerable population we serve depends on our helping hearts to make each day the best it can be!
Tasks may be clerical, related to bereavement, crafts for patients, sharing talents, or time at the bedside - just to name a few.
We allow for a flexible schedule - you tell us the amount of time you can give and what day(s) work(s) best for you! As a certified Medicare hospice our volunteers are viewed as an essential part of our team but to our patients you are so much more!
Candidates must:
1. Submit an application
2, Provide 3 references
3. Successfully pass background check
4. Show proof of reliable transportation with current insurance
5. 2 Step TB Screening or medical letter stating why not necessary (for patient visitation volunteers)
