One Community's Fresh Pantries is looking for a volunteers to assist with Translation at our Farragut Food Pantry Sites in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Every week, our team of 60-70 volunteers help serve almost 1000 households essential groceries, fresh produce, dairy, meat, and eggs at various pantry sites throughout our neighborhood and across Brooklyn. Given the diverse community we serve, we are in need of Cantonese speakers to help us serve our community to the best of our ability.

Our Farragut Pantry Location (at 201 Gold Street), needs 2-4 Cantonese speaking volunteers to help communicate more effectively with pantry attendees. The Farragut Pantry runs every Saturday from 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM.

At the site, you would join our experienced team of volunteers in managing the pantry line, registering pantry attendees, setting up our pantry site, and cleaning up at the end of the day.

We hope you come join us!
