We need a volunteer to fill a vital role. Here at Forgotten Felines we provide medical procedures and spay/neuter to the unowned cats of Sonoma County. We literally can't do what we do without an equipment cleaner to help!

We are looking for a volunteer (or 2) to lend a hand on Mondays, Wednesdays, and every other Thursday from 9am - Noon. Equipment cleaning happens outside our clinic buidling and is perfect for someone that works independently. Despite all of our clinic roles being physical, this position is pretty mellow! Feel free to put in your headphones and jam out while you clean! We do encourage our volunteers for clinic to have their vaccination and at least 1 booster shot against Covid-19.

Requirements:

standing

bending

lifting (less than 15 lbs )

stooping

scrubbing

For long-term volunteers, we ask a commitment of at least 6 months to the role but hope and encourage you to stay on longer! Must be at least 16 years of age and able to get to the clinic site independently. There is overhead sun coverage, and the availability to sit down in between loads.

This role is also available for those needing to complete community service hours. Depending on how many hours you require we can work out if this role would be a good fit for you.

Please visit our volunteer website to learn more & sign up!
