Chicago Education Advocacy Cooperative (CHIEAC) is a passionate and dedicated non-profit organization committed to advocating for equity and inclusivity in education for all students and families in Chicago. Through collaborative efforts, community engagement, and advocacy initiatives, CHIEAC works tirelessly to address systemic barriers and promote educational opportunities that honor the diverse needs and experiences of racialized and minoritized students and families.
As a research assistant volunteer at CHIEAC, you have access to our full suite of resources and mentorship program aimed at increasing and strengthening survey research skills among racialized and minoritized populations. We offer a unique opportunity for largely Black and Latina/o students to actively contribute to our mission by leading the development and implementation of a survey focused on serving racialized and minoritized students and families in Chicago that is of interest to them.

Evaluation mechanisms guide interventions to address systemic inequities, ensuring all students thrive.
