The Lupus Research Alliance (LRA) will be hosting the 2024 South Florida Walk with Us to Cure Lupus event on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at Lynn Univeristy, Boca Raton. We are hoping to keep our expenses to a minimum by asking people to donate their time and services. This is a family fun event that brings the lupus community together to celebrate all their successes.
We are looking for the following:
Face painter, balloon artist, massage therapists and a 3D photobooth along with day of volunteers to assist with set-up, breakdown, manning tables and directing walkers on the route .
If you are interested in donating your time and services please contact us. 100% of all donations received goes directly to lupus research as our Board of Directors funds all of our administrative and fundraising costs.
We are also looking for sponsors, teams and individual walkers to join the Walk and raise funds for lupus research. So recruit your family and friends, neighbors, and colleagues and "Walk with Us to Cure Lupus."

The Lupus Research Alliance (LRA) is a national voluntary health organization based in New York City that was founded in 1999 and is chaired by Robert Wood Johnson IV, a member of the founding family of Johnson & Johnson. By committing millions of dollars to significant lupus research every year and holding nationwide lupus walks to secure additional funding, the ALR is proactively battling lupus.
