Position Title: Operations Director

Organization:Free Juice, Houston-based Nonprofit

Role Overview:
Free Juice is upgrading the role of Coordinator to Operations Director on its Board of Directors. The Operations Director will play a crucial role in managing finances and implementing tools/systems to streamline operations.

The Operations Director is essential to focus on the "how" work gets done, allowing other team members to concentrate on the "what." This role is responsible for creating processes and procedures to support Free Juice's goals.

Responsibilities:
1. Implement Salesforce as a "single source of truth" for all external communications, tracking participants, volunteers, mentors, donors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
2. Utilize Zeffy donation software integrated with Salesforce for seamless donation tracking.
3. Assist management of financials for easy data import from Salesforce and efficient financial management.
4. Implement workflows leveraging Slack for internal communications, enhancing collaboration and providing a record of updates for new team members.
5. Oversee Human Resources support, including onboarding and off-boarding team members, ensuring awareness of systems and proper documentation.
