Novant Health Hospice is looking for musicians to help create a warm and inviting space for our patients and families through music.
The outpatient volunteer role consists of:
* Provide music as scheduled at assigned facilities
* Always maintain confidentiality
* Provide Volunteer Coordinator with any necessary feedback regarding facility or assignment
* Communicate hours via email with Volunteer Coordinator
Become an invaluable part of the care team for our patients!

Providing care for a loved one who is sick and can no longer look after themselves can be one of the biggest challenges a family has to face. Our hospice services provide a wide range of services and care-giving that can help patients and their loved ones when it is needed the most. Comfort, compassion and dignity are at the forefront of the care we provide.
Our hospice care specialists provide care for terminally ill patients and their families. We know how sensitive these times may be, and our goal is to provide patients and their families with effective healthcare that will improve the quality of a patient’s last days.
We provide an individualized treatment plan to comfortably manage pain and physical symptoms of each need a patient may have. Our team is made of doctors, nurses, medical social workers, chaplains, grief counselors, and volunteers that work together to help patients live life as comfortably and fulfilled as possible.
