We've been working closely with several Congressional offices, the White House, and others to draft and prepare for the introduction of a bill which would ensure high school students can get registered to vote while they're in high school, funded by the Department of Education.
The Voters Initiative is seeking members of the youth, specifically high school students to push Congress to pass the High School Voter Empowerment Act. Join now at https://www.thevotersinitiative.org/get-involved.
We're building a movement by the youth, for the youth. Our opportunities include calling members of Congress, writing letters, texting, attending meetings with Congressional staff, and learning the basics of lobbying. All activities are eligible for service hours.
Our organization hosts several events every month, both online and in-person for high schoolers to have an opportunity to have a voice. These can range from networking events to lobby days on Capitol Hill (in-person and virtual).
This is an awesome opportunity for high schoolers seeking to get involved in politics and learn the basics of lobbying and advocacy. Our organization also works closely with state and federal campaigns to set up our members with both in-person and virtual work. Join today to make a difference in your community at https://www.thevotersinitiative.org/get-involved, or contact us.

Mission Statement
The Voters Initiative is a youth-led organization working to educate, engage, and empower members of the youth nationwide to engage in the civic process. For far too long, the United States has not accurately represented its people. It's time to rewrite the narrative and take control of the future, so join us as we fight to boost civic engagement opportunities for the youth nationwide.
Description
The Voters Initiative is a youth-based advocacy organization to get other members of the youth civically engaged across the United States and beyond.
We work with members of Congress regularly, the White House Counsel, Department of Education, and many more. Most notably, our organization contains 1,000+ members from over 40 states in the United States.
Our organization is looking to expand membership across all 50 states, with more members of the youth engaged than ever before.
