This role will afford you the opportunity to work with some of the best Social Workers in the state. While shadowing and assisting the social workers, you will learn how to assist patients and their families with various agencies to meet their needs by providing resources, emotional support, advanced care planning, patient advocacy and more. This is a wonderful experience for anybody preparing for a career in social work.
We have patients located in Jefferson, Shelby, and St. Clair counties.
