The Operations Assistant works directly with the CVO & Founder and works toward ensuring a smooth virtual business environment with the focus of supporting and working with each department’s management. This position requires the identification of operational risks and opportunity and providing solutions for the same together with the help of relevant departments.

Responsibilities for Operations Assistant:
  • Work closely with the CVO to oversee business operations
  • Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the virtual office
  • Proactively recommend improvements to increase streamlining of processes and procedures
  • Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
  • Compile reports and distribute them to relevant departments
  • Attending to any correspondence and emails by alignments, partnerships and sponsors
  • Attends department meetings

Qualifications for Operations Assistant:

  • Experience in a business work environment preferred
  • Knowledge of and savvy with internet use
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
  • An eye for attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of information

Description

In addition to our vision illuminating a diverse group of women spanning multi-generations with increased capacity to embrace individual strengths for well-being, we have created a community within our internal structure for our volunteers.
