About the Role:

Do you love illustration and collaborating to bring ideas to life? Are you excited about sustainability and the Greenstand mission? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

In this volunteer role, you'll work closely with our product and marketing teams to create impactful visual assets, including illustrations, design elements, and social media graphics. You'll have the opportunity to share your expertise and influence design decisions, helping establish and maintain high design standards for Greenstand.

Responsibilities:

• Craft captivating illustrations that align with Greenstand's brand and messaging.
• Collaborate effectively with product designers, marketers, and communications specialists.
• Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices to ensure visual consistency and excellence across all Greenstand touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating illustrations for commercial or personal projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a team environment.
• Sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Passion for sustainability and Greenstand's mission is a plus!

Millions find their next meal by cutting down the forests, a priceless resource that cools the earth and creates oxygen. GreenStand is working on a TreeTracker project to reverse the cycle. We have built a functioning prototype and planted thousands of trees to test our system. Now we need your help to take it to the next level and share it with tree planting organizations around the world.

We are looking for part-time help from looking for a talented individual to help us with some basic graphic design and general digital media. For example, we often need photos edited for a survey, a short video edited for a grant, and a few graphics for a slide show.

The project is creating a transparent link to trees/planters while collecting valuable data on tree planting efforts. Once implemented this data-driven system will help us find ways to make living trees more profitable while creating jobs by linking funds to plant trees where our globe needs them the most. Success will be achieved when, for those who survive by clearing the forests, planting and protecting trees will be more profitable than cutting them down.
