Are you looking to diversify your career options in organizational development as it pertains to researching and writing grants? If your answer is yes, yes, yes, then we have the perfect volunteer opportunity for you.
Currently, we are seeking several grant researchers and writers to work with our organization and university partners to assist in developing and applying for several prospective grants. Here, we offer a unique experience working with student volunteers, community members across a wide spectrum ranging from incarcerated citizens to university professors, and our incarcerated founder, Ivan Kilgore, whose transformative educational journey throughout American prisons aids in achieving our mission.
WE ARE RAISING THE BAR in that we challenge philanthropic organizations to recognize the unique vision and value that directly-impacted incarcerated citizens bring to the movement to end mass incarceration and act in solving the many problems before our communities.
