Position: Volunteer Majorette Coach

Responsibilities:

1. Choreography and Instruction:

   • Develop dynamic and engaging majorette routines that showcase both traditional and contemporary elements.
   • Conduct majorette training sessions to teach twirling techniques, formations, and showmanship.

2. Mentorship:

   • Provide guidance and support to majorettes, fostering their technical skills and performance confidence.
   • Cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment.

3. Rehearsals and Performances:

   • Lead regular rehearsals to prepare for majorette performances and events.
   • Collaborate with the dance team directors to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless performances.

4. Costume and Prop Coordination:

   • Assist in coordinating majorette costume selections and ensure uniformity in appearance.
   • Work with the team to integrate props that enhance the overall visual impact of performances.

5. Community Engagement:

   • Participate in community events and parades where the majorette team performs.
   • Represent Dazzling Dynasty Dance Team positively in the community.
