Careline Health Group is looking for a hero to spread their love of music with our hospice patients through singing or playing an instrument. Music has a unique ability to draw from a patient’s culture, religious beliefs and cherished memories. Music can create a healing experience that is deeply personal and meaningful. You can help create an environment that promotes healing and emotional restoration that is in tune with a patient’s specific needs. The Greatest Generation has given us so much. Careline Health Group provides exceptional hospice services. Our patients are typically older and often face life-limiting illness. We provide customized plans of care to meet their and their family’s needs. We serve our patients and communities through belief in Our Mission and Values.
We often meet our patients and their families during times of hardship and duress. We work as a specialized team, hand-in-hand with our the current support network and care providers. This collaborative approach to care reduces stress and enables our patients and their families to focus on the most important thing: celebrating life.
