You can make a difference by helping children in foster care, meeting people who share your interests, and making a positive impact in your community. We do not offer community service hours and drop-ins.
Volunteer work day consists of moving replenishing items that are low,sorting of clothing(seperate them by season, gender and size ), and hanging up clothes on the clothing racks. In addition we may need help volunteering at some of our local partners on behalf of the organization.
All volunteers commit to going through a criminal background check.
Some volunteers reach out to churches, schools, businesses, and other organizations encouraging them to do a drive or make a financial donation.
Adults that have time and passion for a monthly commitment are welcome to take the steps to join our volunteer team. Do these 3 things now: Follow us on Facebook , read everything on our website including the work we do in the community and join us to volunteer .
Volunteer for these specific shifts will help the parents that sign up to shop with check in/ check out, shopping and bagging the iems they choose at the Wrapped In Love Closet.

This shift is for a Saturday. You can commit to 1 or more Saturdays.

This shift will be for either day of the week. Monday, Tuesday or Thursday.

Description
We are a registered 501(c)(3) (since 2015) non-profit organization that is dedicated to creating lasting memories for children impacted foster care, adoptive, kinship families and families from disadvantaged communities.
In a world filled with economic instability, global uncertainty and lack of community, children need us more than ever. Because One Matters is here to offer more than just compassion. We are here to offer hope and real support, encouraging children and families.
Our foster care programs helps to bridge the needs-gap for the 11,000+ children in Georgia’s foster care system. Our goal is to create lasting memories for children impacted by foster care in Georgia by showing them love and empowering them to flourish into adulthood. Our end-goal is to positively impact the lives of children in Georgia’s foster care system through-out the journey:
Clarion Club - Our chief aim is to aid students in finding their calling, preparing for middle or high school graduation, matriculating to college or a career, and successfully transitioning into adulthood. Ensuring the students we serve in this program have equitable opportunities for life success is our only acceptable outcome. In doing so, we’ll promote basic knowledge, civic responsibility, moral values, economic self-sufficiency, and awareness of each student’s potential in this country.
