WHO WE ARE...Hazelbrook Community Center is THE recovery resource hub in the state of Colorado. This one of a kind non-profit is based in Aurora, but offers a variety of programs and services through the state of Colorado. Being founded and run by a group of individuals who are heavily immersed in the Colorado recovery movement, our programs and resources address the intricacies and challenges individuals experience on the road to sobriety.
