Golden Gate Bird Alliance (formerly Golden Gate Audubon) works in San Francisco, Alameda and Contra Costa Counties (Berkeley, San Francisco, Oakland, Richmond and other cities) on local bird/habitat conservation. We are seeking Spanish/English speaking volunteers/translators to assist with greeting and tabling at community events and festivals. Events are held on weekdays, weekday evenings and weekends. We periodically have events at Oakland Zoo, SF Academy of Science, San Francisco's Sunday Streets as well as other community and conservation/environmental-related events.

Founded in 1917, Golden Gate Bird Alliance is one of the oldest wildlife conservation organizations on the West Coast. We have a long history of inspiring and connecting people in the Bay Area with local birds, wildlife and their habitats and today play a critical role in Bay Area wildlife conservation. Golden Gate Bird Alliance has roughly 7,000 members and supporters in San Francisco, Alameda and Contra Costa counties.
