Volunteer Opportunity: On-Call Event Assistant
Are you passionate about events and helping things run smoothly? We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic volunteer to assist our Event Coordinator on an on-call basis. Your role will support in making events a success while working on evenings and occasional holidays.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Event Coordinator with various tasks before, during, and after events.
- Help with event setup and breakdown.
- Provide logistical support, manage guest lists, and assist with any event-related needs.
- Ensure that everything runs according to plan, providing a great experience for all attendees.
Qualifications:
- Flexible availability, especially evenings and some holidays.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work well with a team.
- Previous event experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be 18+ and have a positive attitude.
