The first Santa Clara County-lead program to bring together Volunteers and LGBTQ Older Adults. We are here to provide help with everyday duties, errands and provide opportunity for community building and social enrichment.
This program is sponsored by the County of Santa Clara Office of LGBTQ Affairs.
Steps to taking part in the Thriving Together Program:
Step 1: Complete the online survey below
Step 2: We will conduct a phone interview with you
Step 3: You will attend a 2-hour training
Step 4: We will pair you with an Older Adult

- Orientation or Training
- We ask for minimum of 2 visits with the older adult you are paired with each month.
- Individuals who are passionate about shinning a light on these integral but often forgotten members of our community. People who can meet these individuals where they are at with care, compassion and an eagerness to help enrich their lives.
