Music can be a comforting means to help a dying patient. If you have an interest in committing to visiting a patient on a regular basis to provide music, you are a great fit for Compassus Hospice of Lancaster!
Our patients may be or may not be interactive but one way to connect with an individual is through music. Music can be therapeutic or bring back memories of the good days. Music can also be used to lessen physical pain and symptoms of grief. Whether it is spiritual music, the Big Bands or heavy metal, the love of music is a great way to bring joy to someone's life.
