Food Rescue from Cypress Trader Joe's on Thursdays 9/11 (DOS)
Do want to help end hunger in your community?
Pathways of Hope needs one weekly volunteer to pick up a food donation from Trader Joe's in Cypress on Thursday mornings at 9am & deliver to the Cypress College food pantry.
You can make a big impact by helping to feed over 340 HOUSEHOLDS facing food insecurities who visit Cypress College food pantry EACH WEEK!
Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old, able to lift 20 lbs., have your own larger vehicle, a valid Driver's License, and current auto registration.

Pathways of Hope is a nonprofit organization that serves families and individuals throughout North Orange County. For over 48 years Pathways of Hope has been providing food, shelter, and support and prevention services to the hungry, homeless, and marginalized through the assistance of local congregations, volunteers, businesses, and grants from foundations and government agencies. The Pathways of Hope HUB of Hope offers emergency food, hygiene, and sanitation items to homeless and low-income families and individuals and is also a walk-up center for individuals and families seeking housing assistance. Description
Pathways of Hope is committed to rebuilding lives of the hungry and homeless in Orange County through Housing, Outreach, Prevention, and Engagement. Once a family or individual has become homeless, the path back to stability can be very challenging. Pathways of Hope offers several housing options to fit different situations, all with the goal of helping families and individuals re-gain permanent housing as quickly as possible. Pathways of Hope operates a resource center, the HUB of Hope, which offers emergency food and hygiene items to homeless and low-income families and individuals in Orange County.
