Connected To Culture, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Volunteer Data Scientist to play a crucial role in leveraging data to enhance the functionality and user experience of our C2C Travel App for iOS and Android. This individual will work closely with the development team to analyze data, extract meaningful insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. This is a volunteer position.

Responsibilities:

1. **Data Analysis:** Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights, patterns, and trends related to user behavior and app performance.
2. **Machine Learning:** Apply machine learning techniques to develop predictive models for user engagement, content recommendation, and other relevant aspects of the C2C Travel App.
3. **Feature Engineering:** Collaborate with developers to identify and implement data features that enhance the functionality and user experience.
4. **A/B Testing:** Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features and optimizations on user engagement and app performance.
5. **Data Visualization:** Create clear and impactful visualizations to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
6. **Collaboration:** Work closely with the development team to integrate data-driven insights into the ongoing development process.

Requirements:

1. **Experience:** Previous experience in a data scientist or related role, preferably in the context of mobile app development.
2. **Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
3. **Machine Learning:** Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques for predictive modeling.
