Connected To Culture, Inc. is seeking a passionate and skilled Volunteer Lead Product Manager to lead the development of our groundbreaking mobile travel planning app for iOS and Android. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing the project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, and contributing to the timely delivery of a high-quality, user-centric mobile application. This is a volunteer position.

Responsibilities:

1. **Project Leadership:** Take charge of the mobile travel planning app development, guiding the project team through planning, execution, and delivery phases.
2. **Team Collaboration:** Foster collaboration among developers, designers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
3. **Timeline Management:** Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and goals.
4. **Risk Mitigation:** Proactively identify and address potential project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
5. **Resource Allocation:** Efficiently allocate resources, track project budgets, and optimize team productivity.
6. **Quality Assurance:** Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to deliver a polished, user-friendly app.
7. **Client/Stakeholder Engagement:** Act as a liaison between development teams and clients/stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing feedback.

Requirements:

1. **Proven Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of project management experience, preferably in mobile app development.
2. **Leadership Skills:** Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
