About Dunk4Dreams

Dunk4Dreams is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support basketball-focused and technology-access programs for youth. Our upcoming basketball-focused technology access program is set to launch in Las Vegas, NV, in January 2024 and will be considered a significant milestone in our journey.

Job Summary

As the Manufacturing Coordinator/Manager at Dunk4Dreams, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of our basketball merchandise. Your role involves coordinating with suppliers, ensuring production quality, and meeting delivery timelines. Your management skills will be crucial in ensuring efficient and effective production operations.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the manufacturing process for basketball merchandise.

- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product specifications are met.

- Monitor production timelines and manage schedules to meet deadlines.

- Implement quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.

- Collaborate with design and product development teams to ensure seamless production.

- Address and resolve manufacturing issues and challenges.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and ethical manufacturing practices.

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

- Familiarity with quality control and assurance practices.

- Strong project management skills.

- Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with suppliers and manufacturers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing coordination or management, preferably in the apparel or sports merchandise sector.

- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
