Job Summary

As the Merchandise Operations Lead at Dunk4Dreams, you will coordinate merchandise production and fulfillment for our ecommerce store. Your responsibilities include managing suppliers, overseeing production timelines, ensuring quality control, and driving operational improvements. This volunteer remote role is perfect for someone passionate about using their production and operational expertise to support youth programs. You will play a key role in bringing high-quality Dunk4Dreams merchandise to life in service of our nonprofit mission. Your expertise will be key to achieving high-quality print outcomes that enhance our product range.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the merchandise production process, from concept to completion.

- Ensure high standards of print quality and consistency.

- Manage relationships with print suppliers and vendors.

- Coordinate with design teams to ensure print feasibility.

- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

- Stay updated with advancements in print technology and techniques.

- Ensure timely delivery of printed merchandise.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in print production management and processes.

- Strong understanding of different printing techniques and materials.

- Knowledge of color management and quality control in printing.

- Familiarity with design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Print Production, Graphic Design, or related field.

- At least 4 years of experience in print production, preferably in the fashion or sports merchandise industry.

- Proven track record of managing successful print projects.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
