We are seeking dedicated volunteers to join our organization in a multifaceted role focused on humanitarian efforts, justice advocacy, and discovery. This effort will focus on accountability for civilian harms by the state dept, and on requesting case work on behalf of specific individuals we are in contact with on the ground in critical areas, including Gaza, Sudan, and possibly Afghanistan and Myanmar. We have identified a specific strategy and partners in congress and we will provide an effective template for action. In particular we are pressing for implementation of the Leahy Act and have some meetings coming in January that we need to stay on top of.
