Patient volunteers are needed to serve as companions to our Hospice patients and their primary caregivers. The opportunity is excellent for those going into the fields of nursing/social work, chaplaincy, etc. Retired individuals who had professional careers in these areas also make great volunteers. The number of hours required is determined by your availability and the patient/family requests. If you want a truly rewarding volunteer experience, this can be it!
