With one hour a week, you can change a life.
Be a companion and friend for a patient on hospice! Bristol Hospice provides end of life care, and volunteers are an essential part of our team. What do volunteers do? Options are plenty! Besides visiting patients as companions, we need volunteers to help out in the office. Bring your dog that's certified for pet therapy for pet visits. Sing/play your instrument for patients. We also need volunteers who are veterans, as many of our patients are veterans. We will provide training and support. If this sounds like what you're looking for, or if you'd like to learn more, please reach out to us.
