**Description:**

Be a vital part of nourishing the aspirations and well-being of young adults in TWCUYC's EmpowerED for Life program. We seek passionate volunteers to provide and serve meals during our weekly Saturday sessions. Your commitment to offering a warm meal creates a supportive environment for up to 20 young individuals.


**Responsibilities:**

- **Meal Provider:** Sign up to prepare or cater a nutritious meal for the participants.

- **Meal Service:** Join us on Saturdays to serve the provided meals to the young adults in the program.

- **Engagement:** Optionally, engage with the participants during mealtime to create a positive atmosphere.


**Time Commitment:**

- Recurring Opportunity: This is a weekly commitment on Saturdays.

- Time Frame: 10 AM to 3 PM (Flexible, considering meal preparation and service time).

- Duration: 1.5 per session.


**Requirements:**

- A commitment to supporting youth empowerment through nourishment.

- Ability to provide a meal for approximately 20 individuals (cooked or catered).

- Optional: Willingness to engage with program participants during mealtime.

Through our unwavering commitment to youth empowerment, The Wright Cause Urban Youth Conservation strives to provide support, guidance, and opportunity for youth. We are dedicated to creating a future where every young person’s potential is realized, their dreams are celebrated, and their voices are amplified.

Resilience Rising- Transitional Housing for Youth Impacted by HIV- We are committed to providing a haven and empowering opportunities for young adults aged 18-24 whom HIV impacts. We believe in their strength, resilience, and ability to overcome challenges. The young adults participating in Resilience Rising may be impacted by HIV in various ways, even if they are not HIV-positive.

One Hour, Infinite Impact- We believe in the power of youth to create positive change in their communities. Our program, "One Hour, Infinite Impact," is designed to engage and empower young people to serve their assigned communities in the most needed areas of the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

EmpowerED for Life -Our goal is to transform the lives of at-risk youth and individuals with a history in the criminal justice system. Our program, "EmpowerED for Life," is dedicated to reducing recidivism, preventing prison involvement, and equipping participants with crucial life skills, including soft skills.
