**Role Description:**

As a Volunteer Phone Bank/Canvass Leader at TWCUYC, you will lead our outreach efforts, engaging with our community and encouraging support for our mission. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference and who enjoy leading and motivating teams.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and coordinate phone bank and canvassing activities to engage with the community.

- Recruit and train volunteers to participate in phone bank and canvassing campaigns.

- Create schedules, assign tasks, and guide volunteers during outreach efforts.

- Ensure that phone bank and canvassing activities adhere to established scripts and messaging.

- Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of outreach campaigns.

- Motivate and encourage volunteers to meet goals and objectives.

- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere among the outreach team.

- Act as a point of contact between the outreach team and TWCUYC leadership.

- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving outreach strategies.


**Qualifications and Qualities:**

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Enthusiasm for the mission of TWCUYC and the ability to inspire and engage volunteers.

- Organizational and multitasking abilities.

- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

- Previous experience in outreach, phone banking, or canvassing is a plus but not required.

- Dedication to ethical and respectful engagement with the community.

Through our unwavering commitment to youth empowerment, The Wright Cause Urban Youth Conservation strives to provide support, guidance, and opportunity for youth. We are dedicated to creating a future where every young person’s potential is realized, their dreams are celebrated, and their voices are amplified.

Resilience Rising- Transitional Housing for Youth Impacted by HIV- We are committed to providing a haven and empowering opportunities for young adults aged 18-24 whom HIV impacts. We believe in their strength, resilience, and ability to overcome challenges. The young adults participating in Resilience Rising may be impacted by HIV in various ways, even if they are not HIV-positive.

One Hour, Infinite Impact- We believe in the power of youth to create positive change in their communities. Our program, "One Hour, Infinite Impact," is designed to engage and empower young people to serve their assigned communities in the most needed areas of the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

EmpowerED for Life -Our goal is to transform the lives of at-risk youth and individuals with a history in the criminal justice system. Our program, "EmpowerED for Life," is dedicated to reducing recidivism, preventing prison involvement, and equipping participants with crucial life skills, including soft skills.
