**Role Description:**
As a Volunteer Photographer/Videographer at TWCUYC, you will have the unique opportunity to capture the essence of our events and initiatives, visually documenting the impact of our programs on underserved youth. Your skills in photography and videography will play a critical role in conveying our mission to a broader audience and showcasing the positive change we are creating.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Attend TWCUYC events and initiatives, both in-person and virtual, to capture high-quality photos and videos.
- Create compelling visual content that tells the story of our organization and the youth we serve.
- Collaborate with our marketing and communications team to develop visual content for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Edit and enhance photographs and videos to ensure they are engaging and reflect our brand.
- Ensure that images and videos adhere to our branding guidelines and capture the essence of our mission.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of images and videos for future use.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of photography equipment as needed.
**Qualifications and Qualities:**
- Proficiency in photography and videography.
- Access to your own camera and equipment.
- Strong editing skills to enhance and retouch visual content.
- Creativity and an eye for capturing powerful and emotional moments.

Resilience Rising- Transitional Housing for Youth Impacted by HIV- We are committed to providing a haven and empowering opportunities for young adults aged 18-24 whom HIV impacts. We believe in their strength, resilience, and ability to overcome challenges. The young adults participating in Resilience Rising may be impacted by HIV in various ways, even if they are not HIV-positive.
One Hour, Infinite Impact- We believe in the power of youth to create positive change in their communities. Our program, "One Hour, Infinite Impact," is designed to engage and empower young people to serve their assigned communities in the most needed areas of the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
EmpowerED for Life -Our goal is to transform the lives of at-risk youth and individuals with a history in the criminal justice system. Our program, "EmpowerED for Life," is dedicated to reducing recidivism, preventing prison involvement, and equipping participants with crucial life skills, including soft skills.
