The next Rachmaninoff International Piano Competition and Festival will be held in Los Angeles at UCLA September 16-23, 2024.
In September 2024, the classical music world’s most respected jurors and most promising young pianists converge in Los Angeles to undiscovered new talent.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of one of the biggest and finest international competitions in the world.
Rachmaninoff Competitions and Festivals are seeking volunteers for the upcoming event, and are looking for help in the following areas: graphic arts and design, grant writing, fundraising, host families, volunteers at events, local transportation.

Description
International Competitions and Festivals (ICF) is a California 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit established in 1999. The activities of the organization are based on the support provided by volunteer members, who are passionate about the arts, and believe that the mutual understanding, respect, and strengthening of international collaboration between peoples of the world can be achieved through the arts.
Since 1999 ICF presented several major international events in greater Los Angeles area. Among them Six International Piano Symposia (at Pepperdine University in Malibu, Azusa University and at the Colburn School in downtown Los Angeles), Aram Khachaturian Ballet "Spartacus"
with world famous choreographer Yury Grigorovich and his Ballet company, "Nutcracker" ballet by Bolshoi Ballet Academy, three Rachmaninoff International Piano Competitions and Festivals and several concerts and master classes by world renowned musicians.
Programs presented by ICF received numerous positive reviews in the local and international press.
The International Competitions and Festivals, Inc. also provides free educational opportunities with organizing free concerts and lectures for the Los Angeles, Pasadena and Glendale unified school districts and generously provides complimentary tickets to underprivileged
school children and their families.
