We are looking for volunteers to introduce/connect us to schools or other student groups (i.e. clubs, sports teams, scout groups, church groups) that would be interested in a service learning opportunity, learning about the global water crisis and then choosing a water project in need of support to fundraise for. Water projects are based in communities here in the U.S. and around the globe.

Work would include talking to people in your communities and could expand through social media as wide as you and your networking skills can dream.

We are a new organization and looking to build our volunteer community. This is a chance to help build a movement designed to create the next generation of global citizens!

About POWER OF CLEAN WATER INC

Location:

11 CARRIAGE WAY, MONTCLAIR, NJ 07042, US

Mission Statement

Our mission is to empower young people, to see the problem-- access to clean water is a human right and yet millions of humans do not have it-- and be part of the solution. More importantly, it is meant to highlight the power that access to clean water affords people. With water, so many things can happen- children can go to school, women can go to work, communities can start to build, even thrive.

Description

THE POWER OF CLEAN WATER CONNECTS YOUNG PEOPLE TO THE GLOBAL WATER CRISIS AND EMPOWERS THEM TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

We work with schools, clubs, sports teams, and other youth groups, providing the curriculum to raise awareness, tools to get involved, and access to water projects around the world and here in the U.S. in need of support. Power of Clean Water provides a clear path for students to change the world.
