Transportation is one of the greatest needs on the Key Peninsula, especially for seniors and adults with disabilities. The Mustard Seed Project desperately needs volunteer drivers to transport low-income seniors to doctor appointments and grocery shopping. Volunteering is a fantastic way to have a huge, positive impact for the community. Drivers use their personal vehicles and are reimbursed 51 cents per mile driven. Rides are dispatched by our staff and clear directions are given. Drive weekly or daily; whatever fits your schedule. Must have a valid WA drivers license and clean driving record, and will undergo a WA State Patrol background check.
