Let's Go Higher Ministries has a goal to help homeless woman and children who are in need of emergency funding or are in dire need of help to be relocated. Funds will be used to pay rent, find shelter, provide food, clothing and the essentials needed for starting over with a new lease on life. The funding will also be a stepping stone to provide a better life for the children involved in domestic disputes and hardships that mothers may face.
We are raising money to help these families especially during the cold winter months so that they are not on the street. Homeless shelters are full in Houston and they have been on the waiting list for months. The families are currently in a hotel, which the ministry and Pastor Liddie, are compensating for. Funds are low at the moment and each families hotel bill is currently $380 per week. If we can raise at least $10,000 by the end of the year, it will provide shelter for at least two families until they are able to get on their feet.

We are a local Houston ministry who has done community outreach for several years, and there has been an increase of families who need our help within the last 2 months. Currently, we have four families who need emergency help and shelter. Let's Go Higher Ministries has a goal to help battered women and children who are in need of emergency funding or are in dire need of help to be relocated. Funds will be used to pay rent , find shelter, provide food, school supplies, clothing, and the essentials needed for starting over with a new lease on life. The funding will also be a stepping stone to provide a better life for the children involved in the domestic disputes and hardships that mothers may face. Pastor Liddie has been paying out of her own pocket to help these families, but we would like to do more and would appreciate like-minded individuals to support the cause.
