The Town of Stoneham Veterans Committee hosts an annual Veterans Day Ceremony followed by a road race. Volunteers are essential to make the day a success. The shifts we have listed are just guidelines, we are happy to accomodate your schedule and appreciate any time you can give.

The Veterans Day Run is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all race proceeds benefit the Stoneham Veterans Assistance Fund.For more information please visit stonehamveteransdayrun.org or contact Megan Day at megankday@gmail.com or (617) 548-7721.

    Volunteers can expect to support runners on the course, at the finish line and assist the timing company.
  • Sat Nov 11, 2023 - morning / 09:00 AM to 11:30 AM EST
    Volunteers can expect to assist with registration and sign-up for the race. We are happy to accomodate volunteers that cannot work the entire shift.
