Grace and Glory Hospice provides hospice care to patients in their homes in 5 Bay Area Counties. Alameda, Contra Costa, Sacramento, San Mateo and San Joaquin. We have a Volunteer Program with training to give you confidence to visit with our patients. There are 2 main ways to volunteer with us. 1. Patient Visits 2. Office Support.
