ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Intakes:
- Greeting clients when they arrive and identify their need for services.
- Assisting clients with completing the intake packet, making copies of their picture ID, and copying any supporting documents.
- Entering client information into the database by documenting the intake.
- Scheduling follow up appointments.
Case Management:
- Conduct case management functions such as assessments, enrollments, documentation collection and follow-up activities as required by designated program operations.
- Provide support services to enhance program participants successes such as appointments to SWF clothing closet, referrals for counseling, to community resources for rent, housing, or utility assistance, employment opportunities, job retention coaching, and provide tutoring.
- Create Individualized Career and Financial Plan (ICFP) based on identified goals, barriers and other obstacles, program participant, and potential partnering agencies.
- Provide meaningful coaching opportunities to help program participants with problem solving skills, life-skills, setting priorities and identifying marketable skills.

Description
SHE Will Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, that offers crisis intervention and counseling, addiction support, counseling, and advocacy to a community of women in the local area. Founded in 2017 by Dr. Sherita McQueen, our primary aim is to gain access to life-changing resources and support to move our community of women and families from crisis and inadequacy to stability and economic self-sufficiency. We support, help, and empower women affected by crisis situations to change their financial status, improve their health, well-being, living conditions, and become agents of change and role models in their homes and communities.
