As Fundraising & Sponsorships Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying and carrying out local fundraising events & campaigns as well as communication with our donors and sponsors. In this exciting position, you will look for new local partners, develop strategies for fundraising campaigns and manage our sponsorship program. You will work closely with our General Director and our Marketing & communications team.


Responsibilities

● Determine and meet a total local fundraising goal for in Perú.

● Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reports to ensure local fundraising delivers on target.

● Identify new fundraising opportunities and optimal partnerships to expand Intiwawa’s local fundraising opportunities, including applying for local grants.

● Plan & organize monthly fundraising events locally.

● Conduct post-campaign follow-up to influence future approach for major fundraisers.

● Work collaboratively with the Marketing & Communication team on creating, maintaining, evaluating, optimizing and producing creative assets to support local fundraising campaigns.

● Launch & manage our sponsorship program, from planning to execution and evaluation of the program.

● Communicate regularly and foster relationships with existing and potential local donors.

● Participate regularly in team meetings.


Requirements

● Fluency in English and Spanish

● Experience in Fundraising for NGOs

● Excellent writing & communication skills

● Excellent self-management and organization skills

● High level of independence, creativity and responsibility

● At least 6 months commitment

● The position is voluntary (unpaid) and part-time (around 25 hours / week)

Como Coordinador(a) de Recaudación de Fondos y Patrocinios, será responsable de identificar y llevar a cabo eventos y campañas locales de recaudación de fondos, así como de la comunicación con nuestros donantes y patrocinadores. En este puesto, buscarás nuevos socios locales, desarrollarás estrategias para las campañas de recaudación de fondos y gestionarás nuestro programa de patrocinio. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con nuestra Directora General y el equipo de marketing y comunicaciones.

Responsabilidades

● Determinar y cumplir un objetivo total de recaudación de fondos locales.

● Proporcionar análisis e informes precisos para asegurar que la recaudación de fondos local cumpla con el objetivo.

● Identificar nuevas oportunidades de recaudación de fondos y asociaciones para ampliar las oportunidades de recaudación de fondos locales de Intiwawa, incluyendo la solicitud de subvenciones locales.

● Planificar y organizar eventos mensuales de recaudación de fondos a nivel local.

● Realizar un seguimiento posterior a la campaña para influir en el enfoque futuro de las principales recaudaciones de fondos.

● Trabajar en colaboración con el equipo de Marketing y Comunicación en la creación, mantenimiento, evaluación, optimización y producción de activos creativos para apoyar las campañas locales de recaudación de fondos.

● Lanzar y gestionar nuestro programa de patrocinio, desde la planificación hasta la ejecución y evaluación del programa.

● Comunicarse regularmente y fomentar las relaciones con los donantes locales existentes y potenciales.

● Participar regularmente en las reuniones del equipo.


Requisitos previos

● Nivel avanzado de inglés y español.

● Experiencia en recaudación de fondos para ONG (deseable)

● Excelentes habilidades de comunicación

● Excelente capacidad de autogestión y organización

● Alto nivel de independencia, creatividad y responsabilidad

● Compromiso mínimo de 6 meses
