Snow removal for Seniors in Hennepin County

ORGANIZATION: Senior Community Services

Image_202307070647

Winter has arrived and we have almost 200 seniors waiting for someone to help them clear the snow! Without a volunteer they might not be able get to their doctor appointments, receiving delivered medicine and meals. Additionally, snow removal can prevent slip and falls.

We are a non-profit that helps Seniors, 60 and over, stay in the homes and communities that they love.
Help us do this by providing volunteer snow shoveling for a Senior in your area.
We pair you up with a Senior for the winter season.

We also ask for the snow to be removed within 24 hours of the snowfall and we shovel when it is over 2 inches.

For more information check out our website at www.seniorcommunity.org.

We promise appreciation and new friends.!
