Inspired by the awe we experience when immersed in nature, Off-grid Retreats aspires to bring the powerful offering of nature into as many lives as possible. Founded in 2021, OGR is new to the nonprofit landscape. We are seeking Advisors for our working groups, board members and champions inside corporations and other organizations who want to help us grow while connecting with the beauty and stillness of the natural world. While we are an incorporated 501 (c) (3) nonprofit with all the necessary bells and whistles, our culture is relaxed and mutually supportive. We are all about promoting more balance between humans and nature.
If you have a compassionate heart and are open to lending your skills to help a small organization grow, we would love to talk with you. Of course, we would love to grow into a self-sustaining nonprofit, so that requires fundraising and revenue plans.
If you have marketing and creative skills, can write a compelling story and enjoy the wonder of nature, you should connect with us. If you are a successful and generous soul who can help us generate donations and service revenue, we would love to have you in the mix. In particular, we would very much like to identify champions inside of organizations who will promote our retreat offerings and establish relationships that allow us to partner with companies looking to build their teams through mindful awareness in nature and other activities

Off-Grid Retreats was established with the purpose of helping people connect with nature through a spiritual lens. The organization's overarching goal is to create a future where individuals from all walks of life can seamlessly integrate nature into their practices. Off-Grid Retreats believes that reflection and meditation in natural environments are essential to repairing our fractured relationship with the environment and promoting healing.
Description
Off-Grid Retreats specializes in organizing, managing, and operating outdoor retreats. We curate stunning natural spaces, sourcing the best venues available so that our clients can simply show up and enjoy.
Our organization also connects teachers, retreat centers, and practitioners who share a passion for outdoor practice and fostering a sense of connection and collaboration within the nature retreat community. To make our retreats more accessible to everyone, we offer optional glamping tents, beds, shade, and other infrastructure.
Off-Grid Retreats is committed to promoting inclusivity and accessibility. To this end, we offer scholarships that help extend participation in our retreats and teacher trainings to individuals from a broader range of socio-economic backgrounds.
