Do you want to literally deliver some joy in the lives of hospice patients and their families?
Join the Good Samaritan Society Hospice to volunteer your time picking up (from the Hospice office or a participating store) and delivering (to patient’s homes) small gifts and snacks. Deliver the smiles! Just a once-a-month driving shift helps the Good Samaritan Society deliver some cheer to homebound or nursing home patients. For some of our clients, our drivers may be the only friendly face they'll see all day, so all of our volunteers make a huge impact on the lives of the people they visit. We deliver to the Albuquerque area.

Drivers must be at least 18 years old, and have a current driver's license and valid auto insurance. You will have training, be drug screened and fingerprinted. Please note: we are not able to fulfill court-mandated restitution obligations. We cannot pay for gas/mileage.
