Our tour guides have fun! Essentially, an AMRoC tour guide join in with our staff members and students in the AMRoC Fab Lab which is located within RITHM, formerly known as the University Square Mall (RITHM = Research, Innovation, Technology, Health, Medicine). As people come to the AMRoC Fab Lab front entrance, our tour guide answers their questions and offers to give them a tour of our facility which includes robotics competition fields, drone practice area, sewing and textiles, 3D printing, a fabulous machine workshop, and more.
Our open hours are 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM Tuesday through Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday. Our preference is for volunteers to put in about 4 hours (or more, they desire) on their selected days. You can review our website at AMROCFABLAB.COM to see what AMRoC is all about. AMRoC is a program of the nonprofit organization FCDI, the Foundation for Community Driven Innovation!
