Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager at Rcoz, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms. Your primary duties include:

1. Social Media Management:

   • Plan, schedule, and manage social media posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
   • Promote the content created by Rcoz to raise awareness and engage our community.
   • Monitor social media activity, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers.
   • Analyze social media performance to refine strategies and improve engagement.

2. Platform Promotion:

   • Drive traffic to Rcoz's initiatives by promoting content through effective social media campaigns.
   • Use social media to amplify our impact, increasing visibility and engagement.

3. Strategy Development:

   • Work with the team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with Rcoz’s goals.
   • Stay updated on social media trends and apply them to improve content reach and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Passion for our cause and a desire to make a positive impact through social media.
• Strong experience with managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Ability to plan and execute social media campaigns with creativity and consistency.
• Knowledge of social media trends and analytics tools is a plus.
