Position: Paver Installation Coordinator Location: Los Gatos, CA Employment Type: V

Job Summary: The Paver Installation Coordinator will play a crucial role in the Veterans Foundation of Los Gatos by providing administrative and organizational support for our paver installation projects. This volunteer position contributes to honoring veterans' service through the successful planning, coordination, and execution of paver installation initiatives. The Coordinator will collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations, efficient logistics, and effective communication for the organization's mission-driven projects.

Responsibilities:

o Collaborate with project teams to develop project timelines, milestones, and goals for paver installations.

o Liaise with volunteers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution

o Act as a liaison between project teams, volunteers, and the organization's leadership

o Provide regular progress reports highlighting achievements and challenges

o Assist in maintaining project documentation, including permits, contracts, and safety regulations.

o Collaborate with the organization's communication team to promote paver installation projects through various channels.

o May need to support additional initiatives in support of the Foundation’s mission
