United Way Readers

Become a United Way Reader and spend 30-60 minutes, one day per week reading with a student learning to read! As a volunteer Reader, you will be paired with a student who is in Kindergarten through 3rd grade in an effort to help students improve their reading skills. Weekly reading sessions will be held virtually or in-person at Hartford schools Monday through Friday. By committing one hour per week, you will make a big difference in a child's life, and have a great time doing it!
