Thank you for looking out into this volunteering opportunity. Our team has been committed to serve Hot Oatmeal (with Butter, Cinnamon, Dates, Raisins) in various part of Bay area (Oakland and San Francisco) to the homeless population since 2018 and has been continuing since then with the help of our short, dedicated and committed volunteers. Serving fresh food is only the means to connect and reach out to the population there in order for us to help them step out of homelessness. Through our conversations, we have helped a lot of folks to get into housing, into local jobs and also reunited few of them with their families.
Since Labor Day September Long weekend 2022, we have been serving breakfast (Oatmeal) and water every Saturday on the streets of SF (near Civic Center and 7th st & Natoma St). Along with serving the oatmeal, it gives us the opportunity to connect and speak to many people who are staying on streets but are willing to change their lives by either getting into a shelter or employment. There are about 60-70 people on this street and nearby.
From This week, we would like to offer the Breakfast service on a daily basis in San Francisco area, as there is so much need for food and water in this locality. For the same reason, We are looking for volunteers from either SF, Berkeley or Oakland area who can provide food and water every morning (or atleast few days) in the week (around 9am) to this population in the below ways:
1. Make steel cut oatmeal at your own place, pack it in the to-go boxes and hand over.
2. We are trying to collaborate with nearby bakery or restaurants in SF who can provide food (Sandwiches or bread) and the volunteers can pick it up along with water to be served.

Today we are more than half way through the construction of a state of the art, 220 bed Super Specialty Hospital, in Vemagal, Kolar district, near Bangalore, which will provide holistic and loving Medicare, absolutely free of cost to all. The hospital will specialise in Paediatric and Adult Cardiac Care, and Mother & Child Care (OB/GYN).
