The Developing Dreams Foundation (DDF) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the education and development of the performing and auditory arts with a specific focus on serving under-privileged and at-risk children in Broward and Dade County Florida.

Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for creating and executing digital and traditional marketing programs to help the organization meet its mission and goals. This is an unpaid volunteer role that can transition to a part-time or full-time paid position as the organization grows. We require a minimum time committment of 5 hours per week to start.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build DDF marketing team in collaboration with Volunteer Programs Director to meet DDF goals
• Develop and collaborate with other functional departments to implement DDF branding strategy
• Create digital content on relevant platforms to promote DDF programs to increase public awareness and engagement
• Help determine annual marketing budget
• Provide weekly/monthly status report to the Executive Director as required
• Promote DDF and its mission

• Demonstrated experience creating and executing digital / traditional marketing strategies
• Experience managing and training others
• Able to develop mutually benefical relationships with external and internal partners
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated self-starter that requires minimal supervision
• Computer skills
